I received an offer to buy today. $6,500 per net mineral acre. I don’t see anything for STR 21-01N-01W in the OCC database. I’m not interested in selling but I’d thought I pass that on.
Continental is trying to buy up acreage in there. A nice Woodford condensate area.
In the last 6 weeks I received 3 different offers to buy my stuff in 33&34, 01N-01W of $4500, $6500 and $10,000 per NMA. Also have had multiple lease offers in the same time period.
