Still looking for answer's

WELL I HAVE BEEN,LOOKING FOR ANSWERS FROM TRAINGLE,BUT NO RESPONCE YET.I SEE THAT THEY ARE AMKING A LOT OF MONET.STOCK'S IS DOING REAL WELL,BUT YET WE RECEIVE NOTHING.JUST DRAGGING EVERY THING ALONG.I WONDER SHOULD WE GET SOME AGENCY TO CHECK OUT,WHATS GOING ON? ANY THOUGHTS

Have they drilled on your property? Is so, how long ago? Where is the property located? Have you checked the production? The company could be making good money off of other properties, but until they make money on yours, you won't see anything.

Just because their stock is doing well, that does not mean that the company is making money. Remember the internet bubble? A lot of those companies never made a dime, but their stock prices soared.

We need more information before anyone can give an answer.

They will not pay anyone until they have division orders from all parties concerned. The first check is usually a large one. Remember, they pay two months after the product is sold. If they don't use your wells, the check will reflect that.

Don't go hog wild with the money when you get it. This oil business is chicken one day and feathers the next. Invest it carefully.

I am not an expert, and I only speak from my personal experience.

Good luck.

Return of division orders is by law not required in the state of North Dakota. The operator must pay within 150 days or they owe interest, except in cases of title dispute. I have 14 wells in the state of North Dakota and I have never returned a division order. I just received a new division order today for the two newest wells and I'm not about to start returning division orders now.

Like I said, I am not an expert. I can only judge by what happen in our case. Maybe there is more to the story than we know?

Mr. Gill, I apologize if that came out sounding rough. You have my genuine respect for the good you do here on these forums trying to help people.

Well, so many things differ from state to state. Like I said, maybe there is more to the issue than we know.
