Go to the groups menu above, click county groups and go to Stephens County group. I own minerals in Stephens and have done a lot of research on the area. If you can give me the section, township and range of your interest I can look it up for you or you can click on the link below for the Oklahoma Corporation Commission website to find a lot of information on oil and gas in Oklahoma. If I may jump in here, I would like to give you the legal desciption of our mineral rights in Carter County Ok. I have tried but have not been able to locate the information from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
R2-W,T2S, Seciions 11,12,13, and 24. There is drilling all around that area, yet not offers. Any thoughs?

Ms. Apodaca, I don't find anything on those sections in the OCC database. Closest is 23-2s/2w Wildhorse Operating Co. has applied for pooling on 3 verticle wells. There are several new applications in process for 2s/3w, 1s/3w,4s/3e and 3s/3e. I don't think there is anything wrong with your legal descriptions. By "not finding anything" I meant that there are currently no applications pending in the database that would indicate that an operator is anticipating drilling in those sections at this time. But that could change at anytime.
Again, thank you. I obvously don't know much about these things. These mineral rights had been in a trust for several years. About 8 yrs. ago, they were just turned over to the owners and for the past year I have been trying to figure this all out. Still a lot to learn. i will get in touch with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
