Sterling111 pipeline in ok. easement

we were approached today to have an easement agreement for our land in pontotoc county Oklahoma. We were offered 150.00 per rod plus damages. Is this a fair offer?

That is a modest offer.

We just had a pipeline go across us (DCP). We recieved $200/rod (30' permanant+45 construction) & they will replant, grade, etc, & maintain any creekside erosion. Payne County

Sterling has paid more than $200 per rod with a tough agreement.

We were offered $75 per rod in Payne Co near Lincoln Co by TOMPC. They came back at $150 per ROD. How do we determine what a reasonable offer is? Would someone share a contact for DCP with me?

I think what is probably more important than the price you are receiving for the easement, are the conditions provided in your agreement that protect you and your surface. Mr. Cotten has far more knowledge on that subject than I do, but it was something I wanted to point out before you take the cash and sign.
