Has anyone been offered a lease on this...I have and they said they are going to pool it soon so wondered what the going rate is in this area??
Elizabeth, I have mineral rights in Sec 5 1N 4W and was just offered 1500 bonus and 3/16, from Jackman and Continental resources. I am a newby with all this and have been reading the posts for a few weeks now. Iam not sure if this is a good deal or not., but sounds good to me. I have been reading the posts for the Stephens county forum. You can get there by clicking on groups, click county and the click Stephens county and see if anyone is in your area and what they know. Seems like alot of activity going on in the area.
