I am trying to transfer a deed for minerals interest on the Ramsey#1 operated by Mack Energy. Mack says this is the correct legal and sent me a copy of what was at the OCC. However, Stephens county clerk sent my deed back and said there is no such legal in Stephens County OK. I looked on a Section grid and there isn’t a 3N. So they won’t record my deed until I get a correct legal. So where do I go to figure out who is wrong? OCC or Mack Energy and how can I get the legal corrected?
