I own several acres in Sec 25 2S 4W. There is activity in my section. That is a low ball offer in my opinion.

Do you happen to know what the recent highest offer in that area. About a yr 1½ , I received an offer in the mail for 7,000 per nma. , but they are no longer interested.
I received lease offers for $2500 nma on a 3/16 from Echo. I had already leased to Continental for less. I don’t know what selling the nma would bring My guess is $7500 or more. That seems low. How many acres are you wanting to sell?
