Has anybody received an offer to purchase around Sec 24 2S 4W? I just received an offer to purchase, $5,000 per NMA.
I own several acres in Section 25, 2S 4W. There is activity in my section. That is a low ball offer in my opinion.

Do you happen to know what the recent highest offer in that area was? About a year to 1½ years ago, I received an offer in the mail for $7,000 per NMA, but they are no longer interested.
I received lease offers for $2,500 NMA on a 3/16 from Echo. I had already leased to Continental for less. I don’t know what selling the NMA would bring. My guess is $7,500 or more. That seems low. How many acres are you wanting to sell?
