Stephens County Okla

I have a few acres leased in Stephens County. So far all I have seen is a spacing order. Can you tell me a little about your experience with the process? If they are going to drill is a pooling order next and then intent to drill?

In my particular case they filed a pooling order, then the next step was to ask for and increase density order because there was already a well to the woodford in that section (it was a vertical hole that was drilled several years ago and still producing a small amount of gas). After they recieved the increase density order there was a permit to drill.

Thanks. I guess I won’t get too excited until I see a pooling order and permit.
