I have recently received a number of letters and phone calls regarding my mineral rights in sections 8 and 17. 1N 5W Stephens Co. I am curious if anyone knows of any drilling that might be planned for these two sections.

There are a lot of companies out there buying up royalties and flipping them to larger companies-and making a tidy profit. Be cautious and probably not good to accept any first offers. Plenty of room for more wells in your section when the price of gas gets a bit higher.
