Lease offers are not generally public unless someone on the forum shares what their offer is. The more important question is what does the lease say and what clauses does it contain. The first draft is not usually in the mineral owner’s favor and will need negotiation.

Are you just now getting offers? The first well was drilled in 2020. Gus McCrae 01S04 16-21-1MH Camino is the operator. SL in in sec 9. The well was spaced at 320 acres for 16 & 21, so you might be in the other half of the section and open to lease.
