Does anyone know what is up with this well? Status has been LOC since December 2012.

HARDSCRABBLE 23-21H File Number: 24571

Drilled by EOG Resources, Inc. in the Lake Trenton Field of SWSE 21-153-103 Williams County

It is not active or confidential, but states it is Oil and Gas.

LOC is short for permitted location to drill. The well is most likely awaiting a rig but it depends on EOG's drilling schedule.
