I cannot find a landman for my minerals in North Dakota, McKenzie county. I did have one, but she said to contact someone else, but he does not reply.
Maybe someone with a paid subscription to NDIC can find out for me if the Garman wells, Mckenzie County, north Dakota are producing?

any help will be appreciated--Statoil is so hard to communicate with--Ardis Till Jackson
Ardis, there are not landmen bound to well, although there may be title people whose responsibility includes a well or wells as I have experienced with Conoco.
24411, is DRL status.
24412, 24413, 24414 are all producing
24372, 24373 are confidential status and you would have to search for production, if any under general statistics on the NDIC O&G site and look for sales, if any. As these wells were spud in October of last year, it would be pretty quick work if they have been completed and producing considering the winter we have had.
Statoil is one of my favorite operators but it still takes time.
Thanks for your help
Is there any way you can tell if # 20532 is producing at this time? It has been shut in for 3 months, due to drilling/fracking in the area.
Thanks Ardis
Ardis, I can't see anything beyond january right now, february numbers will be out in about 2 weeks 20532 is still listed as inactive as of january. Even the Disposal well is listed as inactive which I think is overkill.
Thanks, I assume as soon as the Broderson well is off the confidential and fracking is done, the Garman well will start to produce.
One thing someone told me and is worrisome, as I have minerals under water, the story goes is that the state of North Dakota is going to claim the minerals that are under water. I have 2 sections under water, but what I can find is they are only claiming minerals between the low and high tide. Have you heard anything of this?
Thanks Ardis
Ardis, is it a navigable waterway? If so I think they will want all of it.
It is Lake Sakawea(misspell, never could spell it), not sure if it is navigable. It is sections 1 and 12--range 97 township 153. So not sure.
Yes Ardis, it is navigable, if you look in the GIS server map, I believe you will see a dotted or crosshatched line which I believe is the channel, But I am really tired at the moment and you might want to check on that.
Ardis, you are always welcome. I just hope they get everything going. You have been lucky just not the best kind. Not everybody's well needs a squeeze job, I've had one of those too.
