Family members received a letter from Statoil noting that they were taking 50% of Talisman's interests in Karnes County. This impacted two of our wells. Signed division orders with Statoil in December 2013. Never got paid by them.
Talisman is paying on both wells since November 2013 production oil and gas. Have tried to contact Statoil via phone and email but royalty relations not returning calls or emails. Been trying for the past month.
I have never had a company not return a call..very strange. Anyway, does anyone have a contact at Statoil or any advice?
