Received a notice of Application for Stationary commercial fluid recycling facility permit for Section 7 Block 51 Township 8 A5578 in Reeves County. Is there perhaps something going on in that area that I may want to find out about? The notice came from Bill G Spencer Consulting, Oil and Gas consultants out of Cedar Park, Texas. Could someone please explain this in layman terms? Thanks for any help on this.
