Occidental’s 1 million acres is surface ground and 4 million acres in minerals they acquired from Anadarko? My first thought is this would be a disadvantage to the fee mineral owners in the whole state because it would form a monopoly for the government of Wyoming where operators would be swayed and enticed to work those lands. This couldn’t really happen, can it?
