I heard that the North Dakota Supreme Court ruled in favor of the state on them taking minerals that are under water in the Missouri and/or Lake Sakakawea, but the mineral owners were still not done with the decision–then I heard from parties in North Dakota that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the mineral owners–can anyone tell me which party is the winner?
