I recieved a lease agreement for T140 R98 for three years at $1500 per acre with 19% on production. Signed in April and they started drilling on May 22nd. (Tomchuk 21-30).

You should've given Lester a run for his money...leased that acreage for family at $2500/20% two years ago...they knew what they were doing..unscrupulous
Looks like you can add the Tomchuk 11-30 too since there is already two wells in the spacing north of you. Always nice when they drill the one right after another.
