I found some notes I had taken in 2018 after talking to a landman regarding a Stardust well in what appears to be in the same area as the Bowery. Sections 16 and 21 of 01S-03W. Was the idea of the Stardust abandoned in favor of the Bowery?
Several companies were jockeying for those sections back in 2018. Each one would have had their own prospect name for an intended well. Continental won, so they got to use their name. Very common for that to happen.
