I found a Division Order and a Completion Report. I am new to all of this as my mother passed away in 2012 and these are inherited mineral rights. I am not sure what any of this means. Thanks!

You will probably need to contact a lawyer and probate the estate depending on the amount of acres. That will get the interest in your mothers heirs or devises names. A good place to start is contacting the company that issued the division order.
