I need some advice. I received a call from someone at Springbok Energy. They are looking to purchase a portion of our mineral rights in the Spahn Farm Unit in Gonzales county. They are claiming they will pay $9600/acre. Does anyone have any advice on the future of this area and if we should consider selling any portion of our rights?
