Does anyone know anything about Sparks Resources? They are out of Tulsa and we got division orders from them and I have tried to contact them via phone and email to no avail. Does anyone know anything? Thanks so much Teresa
Send them an old-fashioned certified letter, return receipt. That generally does the trick.
