Somewhere I ran across where the spangler was included in something to do with a horizontal well by Continental? What does that actually mean ?
Continental does not have a well in this section. Highmark was going to drill in this section but they are out of business now.
Marathon does have a Spangler BIA 1-21-28XH which had a surface location in 1615N13W. That is about six miles away from the section listed above.
There is an old Spangler 1 well in 18-16N-13W which was drilled back in 1978. Vertical well. Spess operates it. No current activity for new wells in the section. There are horizontals in section 17, 19 and to the west in 13&24-16N-14W
