Well name “Lincoln North Unit #29-3” in KF county 35-18-6 has three Spacing definitions, one for each zone. The following was taken from a data sheet off of the OCC website.
Do the two Spacing definitions created on 1/23/2008 supersede the 8/1/2007 spacing definition or do they all come into play? Meaning if your minerals were not in the 80 acre spacing but certainly in the “(Unit) All” spacing you would participate proportionally in the revenues generated by the well?
I could be proven wrong on this, but I believe I’m correct. All of Section 35 underlies the Lincoln North Unit, which covers several sections. It produces from the Oswego and, perhaps, other formations. If you own minerals in Section 35, you should receive royalties. The operator is BCE_mach.
The Krishna Wright wells appear to be stand-up 80-acre units. So, only the owners in the west half of the SW/4 are entitled to royalties.
That particular well Lincoln North Unit 29-3 is no longer active. Hinkle was the original operator. It was commingled in the Red Fork, Miss Lime and Hunton/Viola. The spacing orders that went with the well were 549401 80 ac Red Fork, 53420 80 ac Miss Lime, 546598 80 ac Hunton, 546598 80 ac Viola. See the Commingling report. The well produced from 2007-April 2021. Like Tim said, the section is in the Lincoln North unit, so direct any questions to BCE MACH Natural Resources Division Order department. By being in the larger unit, you actually get paid on all the wells in the unit that are still producing unless there is some strange cutout due to a depth clause.
