Is SPA-Petco LP drilling close to Sec 1 or 2 Block 19?

Judy, I find that L.C.S. Productions has 13 approved permits for Section 1/Block 19. Seven of those vertical wells have been spud or completed. This link is to the 13 ‘new drills’ in Section 1…I find no activity in Section 2

Hello Judy …It’s been a while…hope you are doing good. After checking the approved permits from January 2022 through January 20, 2023 I find no approved permits for SPA-Petco LP…and after checking the RR Commission oil and gas directory I find no listing for SPA-Petco LP as an approved oil/gas operator. Apparently they are a leasing agent…this link is to all approved permits for Fisher County from January 2022 through January 20, 2023..

SPA Petco is Smith Pipe of Abilene. They’re a pretty established eastern shelf vertical operator.

Thanks fwfrog91 for that info… I couldn’t find them listed on the RR Commission approved operator directory.
