Does anyone know about how much a lease offer in Southwest Wyoming should be? I was offered $25 an acre. My family and I own 50% of the acreage that is involved in the well drilling. They also offered 15% royalty and want us to pay 15% marketing costs. The company is Forest Petroleum.
