I don't think you can search by API on Tx RRC site.

But you can on DrillingInfo.com (a pay site) - attached is PDF listing all wells producing in A30 survey. Listed this in order of API number. Columns show a lot of info including first production and latest reported production (in BO per day)

You can look up the RRC lease id on the RRC site for an API number. On RRC site, Go to Data On-line Research Queries. On the list, select Wellbore Query. Enter the API number and then you will get the information with district and RRC lease number. If you click on the Lease Number, you will get a list of all the wells under that lease number. Using the lease number in the Production Reports Query, you can get production. However, production volumes are on the lease basis - combined for all wells. RRC has made it more difficult to get to the annual well test data for individual wells.
