I’m looking for info on well sites 17-27-10 and 18-27-10. Mother owns these minerals. There has been some activity all around there. Also a well was drilled in the same Section recently and seems to be a real producer. It is a horizontal well that somebody said went right under our land. Should we expect some royalty money?

Chesapeake completed a horizontal well on 8/7/2012 in 18-27N-10W.

I see a Dorothy Smith Trust as leased and a Pete Smith trust as a respondent to the pooling application.
There is a well in 17-27N-10W that is currently producing; Bernard #1 Drilled in 1990.
