We have recently learned that we own mineral rights in Somerset Twp. Is this a "busy" area?
Purple Land Mgmt has sent us a lease agreement. What is a good price for us to receive from Gulfport to begin drilling and what is a good % of royalties to receive? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
