I own 24.5 acres of mineral rights in Somerset county shade township PA. There have been many contracts signed in Marcellus shale but I have not heard from any oil and gas companies.
If anyone could provide me with information regarding companies that are drilling in the area or those who have signed recent contracts, the payments per acre and royalties I will be very grateful.
