Contact the operator’s Division Order department and put in your own claim and ask for a copy of the paragraphs from the division order title opinion that pertain to your family. Ask them what they need to put you into pay status. It is usually along the lines of probate documents, death certificates, affidavit of heirships, driver’s license, etc. Families are complicated and some last names can be common. There may be heirs that you do not know about or it might be fraud. True legal documents are the best tool. Some families have good clean documents and others do not. Work with the Division Order Analyst to get it cleaned up. Send documents by certified mail return receipt. Keep copies of everything that you send.
