I recently read an article in MRF for the state of Texas dealing with the Solar & Wind energy farms as it relates to oil/gas mineral rights and the varying conflicts that Solar & Wind energy presents to surface rights and the fact mineral rights have precedent over Solar & Wind.

I lost the article and would like help in locating the information if anyone can find it; it was very informative.
