I have observed that these proposed offers on solar farm leases are usually where a MAJOR power line is passing through or close to the proposed solar farm. I also suspect that some of these operators are trying to get the Federal or State governments to fund their proposed farm. “The Green New Deal” BS. If you lease your surface for a solar farm I suspect that you are really just selling your land. Ifr any of you see this please comment to help all of us understand what the deal is. Thanks
