I am a mineral owner in Wyoming and I had received royalty checks from BOAZ of the Rockies for years prior to them selling to Snowy Oil LLC (out of Fort Worth) and have not received checks nor communication from them in months. I read that they are delinquent in taxes. Does anyone have any updates on this company?
Is it Snowy Owl, LLC? There are a couple of related companies Jade Owls, Inc. and Barn Owls, LLC, with the below address. Also looks like an attorney helped incorporate - a Paul Skog in Evanston, real life cool runnings.
