I am a mineral owner in WY and I had received royalty checks from BOAZ of the Rockies for years prior to them selling to Snowy Oil LLC ( out of Ft Worth) and have not received checks nor communication from them in months. I read that they are delinquent in taxes. Does anyone have any updates on this company?
Is it Snowy Owl, LLC? There are a couple of related companies Jade Owls, Inc. and Barn Owls, LLC, with the below address. Also looks like an attorney helped incorporate - a Paul Skog in evanston, real life cool runnings.
