Anyone know what a release is going for in Smiley Area?
Depends on which way from Smiley and which company holds the lease. Most of the leases south, and east from smiley won't need a re-lease because most are EOG and they intend to drill all their leases in that area.
Property is north of smiley about 4 miles! We were least to marathon oil, Forrest oil and EOG have leases on both sides of us! We have been approached by several land men but unsure of what to ask this go around?
Jamie: How many acres do you have? Then I can go to work on what it should be.

We have 160 acres! Our neighbors are coming up for release as well including a 200 and 300 acre tracks! We are trying to stay together…
