What are mineral rights owners receiving for their signing bonus/lease per acre these days in Jack Co.?
i received $100.00 per ac,and the next day I was offered $200.00 but I had already committed my word for
the $100.00 and that was for a 3yr. no opiton
I heard a landman saying they were paying $150 - 3/16th 3 yr lease w option for 2 more
