Hi - just wondering if anyone has signed a recent lease in this area Section 30 6N 3W and would share bonus and royalty percentage information…thanks.
The Captain Jack horizontal well was drilled in 2019, so there might not be any recent leasing unless there are additional wells or horizons that would not have been in the first pooling order for that well. The last leases I see would have been in 2018. Native pooled (Order 696983) the section for $4750 @ 1/8, $4500 3/16ths, $4000 @ 1/5, $1500 1/4. Quite high compared to leasing today.
Captain Jack would hold previous leases and poolings by production. Native Exporation is the Operator. I think they are owned by 89Energy now.
