A siesmic company is coming tomorrow to discuss seimographing our land. What are typical rates to ask for in the Niobrara? What are good things to ask for in the agreement?

Try this link on how it all works. I'll try to find something what to negotiate. One important thing is Insurance and what it covers just in case they crack your foundation or whatever else might happen.

Who are they doing this for? What company? What is their company name?
It is for oil. The company was Geokinetics and we ended up signing for $10 an acre. They are an independent company who does the siesmic and sells it to the oil companies.
