I have been told not to warrant the mineral title on a lease but I need help understanding why that would be the case. Can someone clarify for me?
mincdg: After reading your 3 posts, you need to hire a lawyer to help you. If you don’t understand a clause in a lease and don’t understand the “art of negotiation” you should hire a lawyer. This is friendly advice, not legal advice.
