Should I be included as a Mineral Owner in this new lease?

I receive Lease Alerts from CourthouseDirect.com for new leases and oil & gas related documents filed in Harrison County, Texas. A Memorandum of Lease filed 3/11/26 for someone else lists 5 tracts in the L. P. Hodges Survey that match descriptions of my interest in the Hodges Survey from my previous leases. I currently have no active leases in this survey. Does it appear that the attached 3/11/26 Memo of Lease is the same property as my old 2012 lease with Sendero (attached)? If so, what should I do? Thanks for any guidance you can give me. Linda

I see 17 new leases in that abstract in the last 24 months. The main leasing companies are Bravo Energy Partners and RFE ETX IV, and RFE ETX III. Since no wells were drilled from the old lease, it is expired.

Given that there are horizontals drilled nearby and permits pending, it would be wise to get a good oil and gas attorney to help you with a new lease that speaks more to horizontals and what to do with lithium and other critical minerals from the produced water. The lease from before will not be adequate.

Thanks so much for your feedback
