I have learned that our family has an undivided interest in the oil, gas, and other minerals in and under: Section 32, Township 148 North, Range 78 West, and the S/2, less railroad right-of-way, of Section 8, Township 146 North Range 77 West, Sheridan County, North Dakota.
Is this a real Township designation? Township 146 seems like a long ways from the reference. That would be 876 miles from the reference meridian.
My family has mineral rights in Township 145 North, Range 76 West, Section 6, Lots 3, 4, and 5.
