Shelby County Texas Probated Wills involving Gas leases

I’m needing help with a probated Will in Shelby County, Texas. My grandfather was listed as a receiver but “apparently” a lazy EXXON landman from back in the day didn’t bother to find heirs in this will and now the gas company sends royalty payments into the court registry and I need an attorney to get it out. ONLY BECAUSE of laziness.

First and foremost, it’s not right for people to have to pay an attorney to get their money even AFTER proof of heirship has been proven. Secondly, the only way to get in front of a probate judge is WITH an attorney. Third, the only moneys that can be used to pay an attorney are inside the court registry that I will gladly give them.

Can anyone recommend suggestions on who to call? I’ve recently contacted 2 attorneys in Shelby County and they are too busy.

Any gas and oil attorney in Texas may handle your case. They do not have to be in Shelby County, check the upper menu in the directories area for them listed here on this site. I personally use Eric Camp out of Ft Worth.
