I leased a few acres in Shelby County to Silver Hills Energy Partners. It’s the A-1203 abstract. How can I monitor online any exploration/drilling that they may be undertaking? Thank you.
I use Drilling Info from Enverus to monitor activity such as this. A-1203 is currently being drilled for Silver Hills – the USA Jackson C11B well, extends south into A-1203.

Quick question - what does “UL” stand for? Unleased? My leased area is located approximately within the area I highlighted on the small screen shot I attached.

Hi Woody, I believe the UL is Unit Line. As you can see there are two separate units defined on the plat for the single well bore. I don’t see your screen shot. Is your property within either of the units?
You are just outside the unit. Hopefully this well will encourage Silver Hill or some other operator to define a unit that includes your minerals.

My Shelby County interests are currently leased to Silver Hills EP. They paid me approximately $3K for a 5-yr lease and now Rabbit Run is offering me $15K to buy the rights.
I’m going to let this ride. One of my biggest regrets is selling some mineral rights in Panola County. Thanks for your comments so far and for any in the future.
