What is the most anyone knows that shale exp (apache oil has paid per acre?

This depends upon where your property is located. We signed leases with Cordillera that had a "non disclosure" clause in them. Some of my cousins took the first thing offered. We got more than twice what they did.

Cordillera was eaten up by Apache last January. I think we got taken in that the landsman probably marked the leases up and resold them to Cordillera.

Have no idea what the "highest" amount they ever paid. Yet these are offers I know they made;

$300 in Daniels County in general.

$450 for their "focus" area of Daniels Co.

It's possible/likely they may have paid more for some specific leases.
