Separate Leases Spacing and Pooling Units

I have 17.779 undivided acres in 4 different Sections (4, 5, 8 & 9) which are depicted (on NDIC GIS Map Server) with 3 different spacing units (1280 Acre each).

Example: Sections 4 & 9 = spacing unit Sections 5 & 6 = spacing unit Sections 8 & 17 = spacing unit

Question: If and when they pool one spacing unit, would it be better to have 3 separate leases to keep each spacing unit separate?

Or if one single lease, will one active spacing unit tie up my other interests?

Best to have a separate lease for each spacing. Even then watch for language that would tie up acres outside the spacing, but touching. Your interests sound like part of mine. I have a 4, 5, 8 and 9 also.
