Has anyone though of selling their mineral rights since the payments have stopped? I am with Chesapeake and have 60 acres with two well pads nearby. One is producing and I get small checks from and the other is waiting to be fracked which I am supposed to get paid also. I have been getting some good offer to sell some of my mineral rights. I would like to hear your thoughts.
