can anyone tell me if you sell your minerals to a broker do they turn around &
sell to an oil co? if their are several owners & all do not sell how does this
effect the others as far as leasing your minerals . does this give the oil co or
broker more say aboutwho you lease to. trying tomake this clear.
Ms. Mcafee, a broker may well sell to an oil company, or just hold them hoping they appreciate so they can sell them for more at a later date. They could also lease them themselves. I believe many buyers offset the purchase cost by then leasing the minerals to an operator if they can. Since they have done all the title work and presumably are knowledgeable they will probably get a much better lease deal than you I, possibly more than they paid for the minerals in bonus alone.
Selling your minerals shouldn't impact on any of the co-owners, not in Oklahoma.
Ms. Mcafee,
I am interested in picking up a few more acres. If you friend me I would love to discuss it with you. I will send you a friend request.

Ms. Mcafee,
Where are your mineral rights located? Depending upon the location, I would like to chat with you about possibly purchasing them. I just sent you a friend request.
