Selling minerals with a producing well

I’m considering selling my mineral interest in various counties in Texas. Since they span several counties, I’m wondering if I should lump them all together to sell them? One section has two producing wells on it; would that bring a higher price versus just one well? Also, is there a way to find out how good an offer is?

You may have better luck getting an answer moving this to the specific county your minerals are located in.

Typically larger lots are more marketable but just as in real estate it is all location, location, location.
