I have mineral rights in Dawson County and have been approached by several companies to buy my rights. What is happening in Dawson County that has spurred this interest? Can anyone shed light on this?
My understanding from reading here on the MRF is that CGS is leasing a lot of acres in Dawson and Gaines County on behalf of EOG.
I recently signed a lease with CGS, but have only had one company approach me about purchasing my rights.
