I know people say never sell mineral rights but I may have to due to a family situation. I own 50% of 120 acres (net 60 acres) of mineral rights in Hughes County S5 5N R8E. Does anyone know where I should start to look for a potential buyer? The rights are currently leased but no drilling has been done since I leased them in Oct 2014 as far as I know. The lease ends in Oct 2017. Thanks
