Anita, it is going to vary greatly depending on where in Stephens county it is.
I recommend marketing them and let multiple people determine the price.
Found this website that might help. It list mineral rights for sale. Had some Stephens county interests but not price. One of the few sites I have seen that actually lists minerals for sale. Wish I could buy them.
